Lightico’s Podcast production including guest process before and after, research of topics, format creation, post-production process. For external podcast and radio interviews, and other online media outlets research and pitch stories.

Previous experience or knowledge of podcasts, radio or media. Writing and sales experience a plus.

Assist the Lead Designer in creating demos.
Make first draft edits to company content, and send to graphic design for final approval.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in video production/post production or in a related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro CC,
Experience with Adobe After Effects CC and Adobe Photoshop is an advantage.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent research abilities and a meticulous attention to detail.
A self-starting attitude and ability to maintain deadlines, multi-task, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment without close supervision.
Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

The graphic designer is responsible for creating and editing all the pictures and posts used for listings and marketing. They oversee any stylistic content that goes out to the public. They are also in charge of designing 3D virtual designs of the property.

University education in graphic design, or prior experience from a different country.

Project management in interior design, research, inspiration, planning, and simulations.
Wartzen also has graphic designs for graphic design, research, inspiration, graphic design, brand building, simulations and presentations.

Knowledge of 3D software,
Knowledge of graphics software,
And a lot of creativity

The intern will be responsible for photographing/filming and editing apartment, new developments, offices, and more.

The intern should have experience with editing and photoshop programs. The intern must have their own photography equipment. No previous experience is required but it is a bonus.
