Take your year in Israel to the next level by studying at the distinguished Melton Centre for Jewish Education with the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. This 1-year Master’s degree program consists of two distance learning (online) semesters and a 6-week intensive summer session in Israel. This MA program that pursues Jewish and Israel education is designed for educators in formal or informal frameworks.  Those who are interested in the dialogue of the theory and practice of Jewish education, the teaching of Judaic texts, and educational philosophy will find the curriculum highly inspiring and relevant to their field.

·         Tuition cost: $9,500. In addition, accommodations at the Mount Scopus dorms for 4 weeks costs $200 (normal cost is $700)

·         Earn a Master’s in 1 year – 2 online semesters and a 6-week semester on campus (accommodation not included)

o   Those who desire a lighter study load during the online semesters can complete the program in 2 years.
