About the Program
The company 'Tlalim' and the 'MASA' project are launching a unique six-week international volunteer program in the city of Eilat.
The program invites individuals with diverse teaching and related experiences to participate in volunteering with families and children evacuated to the South of Israel from various regions of the country. This initiative is suitable for:
· Teachers
· Non-formal education specialists
· Leaders of clubs focusing on various themes: art, sports, technology
· Individuals fluent in Hebrew *teaching experience not mandatory
The population of the city of Eilat has doubled in a short time. All evacuated city residents have left their homes and places of origin and are now living in hotels.
Establishing their lives and routines for the long term is a national task. 'Tlalim' company and 'MASA' project, along with program participants, will create a crucial space for extracurricular activities, not only aiding people to live a fuller life but also enriching their routines with useful and engaging activities, providing a sense of stability and support.
What Will We Do?
In collaboration with the Eilat city municipality and various NGOs, we plan to develop extracurricular activities for children and their parents with the participation of this program's members.
Volunteering will take place 4-5 days a week for 6 hours per day.
Additional program elements:
· 6 one-day seminars about Israel and Israeli society.
· Meetings with the group's leader.
· 2 excursions in the Eilat region.
Important Project Conditions
The program is international; therefore, conversational English is a mandatory requirement for participants.
This program accepts participants up to 40 years old, differing from the usual project conditions of the project.
The right to receive a grant may be subject to consular verification previously conducted through 'TAGLIT' or a complete personal consular check at the Consulate of the State of Israel.

What's Not Included in the Program Cost:
· Airplane tickets
· Laundry service
Accommodation Conditions:
Rented apartments, 2 people per room.
Apartments include:
· Air conditioning with cooling and heating modes
· Necessary furniture, appliances
· Showers, bathrooms, 24-hour hot water
· Wi-Fi
Eilat city is one of the central ports in the Middle East and Israel's main tourist resort, as well as an attractive platform for the development of IT and scientific research in the maritime field.
