Outside the Classroom
Sunday Trips
Beyond volunteering, MITF fellows participate in Sunday excursions throughout the country in which they learn from guest speakers, tour diverse communities, and immerse in new parts of Israeli society. Several of the trips planned are overnight stays and will likely take place over Shabbat as well. Keep in mind that attendance on these trips is mandatory.
Masa-wide Events
Throughout the 10-months, MITF fellows are invited to Masa sponsored concerts, leadership conferences, professional development seminars, gala dinners and holidays events.

These are 30-minute webinars to learn the secrets of success for an incredible 10-months – only offered to those with paid deposits. Please join for one or more sessions to learn how to create YOUR MITF journey.

May 7th: “Maximizing your Travel During Breaks”
June 4th: “Ten Things I Wish I Knew Before MITF”
All sessions will be held at 1 PM EST

Funding for the MITF program is a partnership between Masa Israel and the Ministry of Education.
