The intern at Reut Institute will be an integral part of the staff. He will participate in meetings and events, go on tours and trips, perform research, and work on the most up-to-date topics. The main areas that the intern could work on are:
* Israel as the nation-state of the Jewish people
* Socio-economical subjects in Northern Israel
* “Smart Communities”
* De-legitimization of Israel

The role requires a decent level of Hebrew, that he would be able to work in a Hebrew-speaking environment. Education-wise, the intern could be a student of the relevant subjects or a graduate.
