Job Description
We are Jika, a young and growing fintech startup that changes the way people invest, and we are looking for interns who are passionate about the stock market, startups, and fund-raising!
Jika is a platform that aims to make investing in the stock market accessible and simple for retail investors at all levels, using institutional-grade research tools and educational tools for better investment decision-making.
Jika is in the fund-raising process with several VC funds and intends to complete the current round in the upcoming months. We continue to promote and expand the fund-raising process, at the same time of developing the product and reaching the relevant KPIs. The Investor Relations Intern will join this process, which includes market research, analysis of relevant VC funds, and management of relationships with VC funds.
In addition, they will join an experienced team and be exposed to a startup in its growth phase, to our working methods, to the process itself, and hopefully stay with us as employees!
Responsibilities:
Market research – Analyze and present financial trends, competitors’ behavior, relevant business models, and areas that could impact the business. Include updating Jika’s data room and investors presentations.
Analysis of relevant VC funds – Mapping VCs and angels, based on relevant criteria in order to make the investment process more efficient.
Managing existing relationships with VCs – Keep all associated VCs updated in our process, and document the communication with the VCs and angels.
