Shnat Hajshara Habonim Dror América Latina – Programa de formacion y capacitacion de lideres judeo sionistas del movimiento juvenil Habonim Dror – Brasil, Argentina y Uruguay.

"Shnat Hajshará Tnuati AMLAT – Familia Hanoar Hatzioni"  es un programa educativo que permite a  miembros de la Familia "Hanoar Hatzioní" llegar al Estado de Israel para disfrutar de la experiencia máxima de estudio y capacitación, tanto en contenidos como en herramientas, para que los mismos se desarrollen como los próximos lideres en sus respectivos Keinim y comunidades. De esta manera, a la hora de regresar a sus países podrán sentirse seguros a la hora de asumir el compromiso de continuar la cadena educativa local y continental.La conjunción entre este compromiso, con los deseos y sueños personales, consolidan este programa en base a tres grandes módulos: Majón Le Madrijei Jul, Meoravut Kehilatit en Tel Aviv o Marva y Majón Hanoar Hatzioni.  Dicho proceso pedagógico se basa en un rico y amplio abanico de tópicos judeo-sionistas, humanistas, democráticos y pluralistas como así también en tópicos relacionados con la práctica educativa que se lleva a cabo dentro de la Tnua. Shnat Hajshará Tnuati, es una vivencia significativa, intensiva y capacitadora en la cual cada boguer podrá replantearse objetivos, enfrentar desafíos, tomar decisiones, tener nuevas y maravillosas experiencias y pasar por un proceso de introspección creando y resolviendo dilemas. Esta será sin lugar a dudas, una experiencia que enriquecerá todos los aspectos de la personalidad del madrij! 

Bnei Akiva Amichai Amlat is an experiential program which combines a leadership, Jewish studies, Hebrew language, work in a Kibbutz, and Army/MDA experience. The program is meant for young Jewish boys and girls who are looking for a Jewish traditional program.

 
 Programa de capacitación para madrijim de las Tnuot Nóar vinculadas al Movimiento Conservador Mundial (Tnuá Marom Olamí). Es un programa de 9 meses de duración que esta compuesto de las siguientes partes: Majón de Madrijim, kibbutz y voluntariado en algún sector de la sociedad israelí.   

Shnat Betar is a challenging leadership program in Israel. The program is dedicated to creating and inspiring the Zionist-Betar leaders of tomorrow. Shnat Betar provides a unique opportunity to explore new directions on the journey to becoming a Jewish-Zionist adult. From February to December, Shnat participants are immersed in the rich and diverse society of Israel, exploring the land and discovering new aspects of themselves and Israel. The program includes four months of the "Machon L'Madrichim" course, an unforgettable experience with the army in "Marva" course, movement seminars around Israel and a meaningful volunteering period. A true year of exploration, Shnat Betar provides the freedom for personal discovery as well as the security of a carefully structured program. This unforgettable experience is created through an intricate balance between studies and volunteer work, learning and teaching, personal challenge and community living. Participants on Shnat Betar return from the year with a stronger attachment to the land of Israel as well as a deeper passion for Zionism and for the Betar movement, enthusiastic to share with their communities what they have learned.

The Mechina Olamit, in partnership with Kol Ami, is an intensive and highly rewarding leadership program in Israel that develops lifelong skills, relationships, and connection to the Jewish homeland.

Operating within the framework of a modern orthodox, Zionist, co-ed environment, Jewish high school graduates from all around the world join together with their Israeli counterparts for a transformative year in Israel. Living in Kibbutz Migdal Oz, the program runs in English for the first three months and then in Hebrew. 

Participants will immerse themselves in experiential Torah learning, deepening knowledge of Jewish Peoplehood, community involvement, leadership, advocacy, discovering Israel, fitness, navigation skills, training, and more! Throughout the program, participants build friendships and connections with Jews from around the world that last for life!

Guided by a strong team of dedicated and experienced staff, participants will undergo an incredible journey of learning, self-empowerment, and growth in preparation for army service or university, as well as leadership skills for their communal and professional lives well into the future.

Amlat is combines leadership, Jewish studies, Hebrew language, work on a Kibbutz, an Army/MDA experience and more. The program is meant for young Jewish boys and girls from South America who are looking for a Jewish traditional program.  The program includes trips all over the country, meeting with Israelis and other young people from all over the world, volunteering, celebrating Shabbat and Holidays together, leadership seminar and more. Participants will be staying in a variety of locations including youth hostels, a kibbutz and a yeshiva and receive full board.
