MPH is a career management program for fellows who are interested in gaining concrete career development tools while making clarity of their professional experience in Israel.
Masa Fellows have a unique opportunity in Israel to experiment with their skills and to widen their network. The Israeli society and business scene presents them with challenges and expectations which accelerate their professional development.
Defining the main take-outs from the experience and learning how to make better career decisions is key, and MPH comes to provide exactly that: a series of 6/8 meetups in small groups, to facilitate professional development processes, job market research, and to amplify the value of the Masa experience.
The program is offered to post-college fellows in Masa programs and to Masa alumni.
