Developed and implemented together with Genesis Philanthropy Group, MasaID is an intense four days trip through Israel, aimed at triggering big questions on Jewish identity and Israel connection.

8 trips a year, about 150 fellows each, a professional team of tour guides and educators explore the desert, Tel Aviv, Jerusalem and more Israeli landscapes. An exploration aimed at shaping sophisticated personal narratives and at enriching the Fellows’ understanding of what Israel is and what relationship they want to build with it.

MasaID is offered to Masa Russian speaking programs.

Partners who are interested in learning more about MasaID are welcome to reach out to Reuven Greenberg, Director of the Russian Speaking Segment.

How does the MasaID experience look like?

  • An exercise in observation: the desert as a space for reflection
  • A case study in exploration: insights from the social landscape in Tel Aviv
  • The Jerusalem encounter; an exposure to Jewish milestones
  • The Closing Concert: music, stories and questions around culture and narrative
