A highly communicative pre-sales and post-sales Coordinator to assist the sales department Manager.
– Working daily with customers worldwide (100 countries – Walmart, Target, Toys R Us, etc.)
– Negotiating and closing Orders
– Visibility and sales (After Sales).
– Someone with excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) – native or near-native level. (*Hebrew is not required but would be a bonus)
– Experienced with the Office Excel program.
– A hardworking person, highly motivated and driven to learn, develop and grow with us.
– As we see it, the base for success in this role is self-management, attention to detail, and organization. We are looking for someone assertive, dominant, independent, and loyal with the ability to multitask and work well under pressure

• In-depth knowledge and extensive experience of Adobe software with a strong emphasis on Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Handle many tasks quickly and efficiently.
• Handling many tasks while maintaining order and organization.
• Affinity to illustration and 3D will be an advantage
• No previous experience required.
• An impressive portfolio is needed.
• Someone with excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) – native or near-native level

• Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to increase brand awareness and marketing efforts.
• Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (Meta, YouTube, etc).
• Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
• Support the marketing team with marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas, including optimization, advertising, social media, direct marketing, and event planning.
• Create and maintain a research database by identifying and assembling marketing information.
• Craft compelling product copy that effectively communicates our products’ unique features, benefits, and value proposition.
• Daily communications and marketing approvals with licensors, customers, and other third parties.
• Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, focusing on campaign development and execution.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics tools.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Native or near-native English with excellent verbal and written communication skill.
