Want to study coping with stress, crisis and trauma in a living laboratory for research and practice? Over the years, Israeli scholars and practitioners have developed considerable knowledge and models of intervention in these areas, and Tel Aviv University’s academic staff has been at the forefront of these developments.
The Bob Shapell School of Social Work’s new M.A. program in Coping with Stress, Crisis and Trauma encompasses both public disasters and personal life crises: terror, war, and natural disasters in the public realm, along with such stressors as immigration, domestic violence, divorce, illness and bereavement in the personal realm.
