OTZMA is the PREMIER Jewish leadership and service program in Israel. With over 1,400 alumni and 27 years of experience in quality leadership and service programming in Israel, OTZMA is the only opportunity for college graduates aged 20-26 that offers three distinct experiences in one 10-month fellowship combining social change, leadership development training and professional development throughout Israel.
