Program Description

This 5 to 10 month professional internship program enables you--young educated professionals, ages 22-30--to spend a significant period of time in Israel, enriching your work experience and expanding your professional horizons while interning in an Israeli company. In addition to internships, you'll have study courses in Hebrew and English, various workshop and seminars on exciting topics about Israel, cultural events, tours and trips around the country.
 
The program takes place in Israel's center of business, leisure and fun--Tel-Aviv and its surroundings. Having an internship in this city makes your journey to Israel a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Professional staff accompany participants during the program, assisting and helping on every matter. 
 
The program provides you with accommodations for 2-3 people (basic furniture, kitchenette, bathroom) in one of the suburbs of Tel-Aviv, a monthly stipend of $200, free monthly ticket for public transportation, and medical insurance. 
 
The internship can be provided in English.

Program Description

“Art-Tel: Hebrew language as culture” program offers an opportunity to study Hebrew professionally, effectively and efficiently. A fast pace of studying and the effectiveness of the educational process is achieved through combining an intensive course of Hebrew,  courses of the language history, the language structure, the language’s influence on culture, modern Israeli literature and other disciplines. The “Art-Tel” program also includes political science and journalism lectures, tours around Israel, volunteer work and entertaining meetings with Israeli students. The program’s participants live in comfortable apartments in the center of Ramat Gan, with convenient transport nearby and it takes only 20 minutes on a bike to arrive at the seaside.

The program is for the graduated architects and it’s offering a unique opportunity to combine studying together with the Israeli students on the M.A. of The Academy of Arts “Bezalel” “Urban design and Architecture” specialty with studying Hebrew and living in Ramat Gan (Tel Aviv).

The program’s participants live in comfortable apartments in the centre of Ramat Gan town, there is a convenient transport hub nearby and it takes only 20 minutes on a bike to arrive at the seaside.

The “NEW MEDIA and the world of programming” program will shed light on this constantly changing area and will offer an opportunity to master the skills of working in the informational environment, practically get acquainted with the world of programming. The main subject matter of the “NEW MEDIA and the world of programming” program is the World Wide Web as a new dimension, and also the role of a human in this dimension. The program also includes: an intensive course of Hebrew lasting for the whole program’s period, Jewish and Israeli history course, political science and journalism lectures, tours around Israel, volunteer work and entertaining meetings with the Israeli.

The course introduces the languages of programming used today C/C++, Java, etc. They are used in all areas of new media and give the basis for orienting oneself in the world of developing new programs and applications. The program’s participants can continue to study in “Tel Ran” upon the program’s completion.

The program assumes the attendance of exhibitions and galleries as well as the realization of your own creative project under the supervision and with the support of the curators: young Israeli artists, photographers, jewelers and sculptors. The program also includes: an intensive course of Hebrew lasting for the whole program’s period, Jewish and Israeli history course, political science and journalism lectures, tours around Israel, volunteer work and entertaining meetings with the Israeli. Program Description

«ART-TEL» program – 5/10 month educational program for young people from 18 to 30
The program gives a unique opportunity to combine professionally oriented study on one of the four suggested tracks and an intensive course of Hebrew (350 hours). The participants will gain the experience of communicating with variety of different people, take part in theme excursions, and expand knowledge about Israel, its culture and traditions.

 

HEBREW LANGUAGE AS CULTURE

The program is designed for those who want to study Hebrew in an intensive and effective manner (400 hours), learn more about its structure, connection to Israeli and Jewish culture.


NEW MEDIA and INTERNET
The program gives opportunities of theoretical and practical study of media space.  It provides participants with meaningful skills necessary for effective work in the informational environment, promotes professional development by means of internship on studios and laboratories of Interdisciplinary Center IDC Herzliya. Additionally the program provides participants with an intensive course of Hebrew Study

ARCHITECTURE/URBAN DESIGN
The program is designed for certified architects. It offers a unique opportunity of studying together with Israeli students in "Urban Design and Architecture", M.A. at Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design. (the courses in the Academy of Arts “Bezalel” are carried out in English)
 

ART

The programs serves as  an entering point to Israeli modern art including visiting exhibitions, galleries, festivals, creation of personal project under guided by professional young Israeli artists, photographers. Additionally the program provides participants with an intensive course of Hebrew Study.
Masa “Art Tel” is a program that located in the center of the country that promotes establishment of contacts and social relations.  It assists further integration into the Israeli society by volunteering in different organizations and meeting Israeli peers. The program provides highly educational standard that enriches the participants with knowledge about Jewish and Israeli culture, helps them to understand their connection to Jewish people hood and the State of Israel.

 

Israel Government Fellows

Program Description

The Israel Government Fellows Program (IGF) is a Menachem Begin Heritage Center initiative in affiliation with MASA. The program is endorsed by the Office of the Prime Minister and offers outstanding and highly motivated young Jewish leaders an experience at the heart of the Israeli government. Alongside internships in government offices or policy and diplomacy organizations, the program provides educational seminars, Hebrew language instruction and tours around the country. It is the only existing program of its kind for non-Israelis and is available for young Jews aged 22-30 with at least a first degree. The program’s duration is ten months and is based in Jerusalem. As well as working closely with government officials, prominent thinkers or social activists, participants will attend weekly seminars and travel throughout the country. They will meet with Israeli officials, policy makers, journalists, and a wide range of public figures; as well as exploring their own connection to Israel, Zionism and the Jewish people. The program provides Fellows with invaluable work experience and leadership development.

It is a unique opportunity for aspiring Jewish leaders to develop their talents while contributing to Israeli politics and society, learning about Israeli history and culture, and strengthening their connection with the Jewish state.

The Gvahim Young Leaders program offers its participants the opportunity to live a rewarding experience in the "Start-Up Nation." This program offers the participants a high-quality internship, an ulpan, professional mentoring, meetings with professional leaders, visits of leading universities, companies and incubators as well as a monthly stipend.
 
After being accepted though a written application process and a phone interview, you will be placed in a company in your sector for a 5-month internship.

Ariel University Center of Samaria is the largest of its kind and one of the fastest-growing academic institutions in the country, with 8,500 students, representing the full spectrum of Israeli society: Jew & Arab, secular & observant, new immigrant & veteran Israeli. Students from across the country attend the University Center, with 70% coming from the greater Tel Aviv area and central Israel and the remainder from northern and southern Israel. As such, the school is a truly national institution and serves as a “melting pot” for all levels of Israel's society.
 
As a demonstratively Zionist institution, the University Center has two key requirements: every student must study one course per semester on some aspect of Judaism, Jewish heritage or Land of Israel studies, and the Israeli flag must be displayed in every classroom, laboratory and auditorium on campus.
